WedTrix Global Private Limited ("WedTrix") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password.
• Wedding: date, city, budget, guest count, traditions, preferences.
• Vendor: business details, bank/PAN (for payouts), portfolio.
• Guest: names, phone/email, event invitations, RSVP, dietary and travel details.
• Payment: processed by Razorpay; we store transaction records and card last-4 only, never full card numbers.
• Usage: how you interact with the platform, to improve the service.

2. Why we use it

To provide wedding planning, connect couples and vendors, process bookings and payments, run the guest portal, personalise Bells, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How we protect it

Row-level database security, access controls, encryption in transit, and a sealed-budget architecture (a couple's budget is never exposed to vendors). A vendor's contact details are sealed from couples until a booking is confirmed.

• With vendors you choose to book (relevant details only, after booking).
• With service providers who help us operate (payment processor, hosting, AI/voice providers) under confidentiality obligations.
• With authorities where legally required.

We do not sell personal data.
